Clare Karasik, MSW, RSW

Welcome

If you’re feeling the weight of being human — the beauty, the mess, the overwhelm — you’re not alone.
Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, living with anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, navigating big changes, or carrying pain from the past — there’s space for all of it here.

On the outside, things might look fine. But inside, it’s a different story.
You may feel disconnected, unsure how to move forward, or caught in patterns you don’t know how to break.
Whatever you’re carrying, therapy can help.

How We Can Work Together

In therapy, we’ll gently explore what’s holding you back — and move toward what feels more true, free, and aligned.
Our work can support you in:

  • Building a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself
  • Easing anxiety and navigating strong emotions
  • Cultivating deeper, more fulfilling relationships
  • Moving through change with greater resilience
  • Letting go of old stories to make space for new ones
  • Finding steadiness and safety in your body and mind

About My Practice

I’m a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist offering trauma-informed therapy to youth and adults (16+). As a queer therapist, I provide an LGBTQ2S+ affirming space where all identities are welcome.

Currently, sessions are offered virtually (by phone or video) to residents of Ontario.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
